SHI sponsors a Toddler Regalia Review during Celebration for children who are 2-5 years of age at the time of Celebration. Toddlers, accompanied by an adult, show their regalia on the main stage at Centennial Hall while a moderator reads the origin of the regalia and names of the makers.
